"Friendly and Supportive Team"
The team was super friendly and supportive. I really liked how easy it was to reach them by phone. The condo was fantastic, nicely furnished, and cozy. Can't wait to head back to Sanibel sometime soon!

"Fantastic Service from Island Vacation Rentals!"
Booking with Island Vacation Rentals has been a great experience for me. The team is super friendly and always ready to assist in any way possible. Our week-long rental on Sanibel Island was spotless, offered a stunning view, and we can’t wait to come back next year. I definitely recommend Island Vacation Rentals; I've never encountered a negative experience.

"Awesome Pick"
We highly suggest Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva. Our family, which includes three kids, had a fantastic time at a lovely rental property. Our summer getaway was just amazing. The team was super professional and really helpful. We’re truly thankful.

"Super simple rental experience"
Renting this place was a breeze. The unit, Compass Pointe #182, was just perfect. We often vacation on Sanibel, but it was our first time booking through Island Vacation of Sanibel and staying at Compass Pointe. We’ll surely be back to both! Thanks a bunch!

"This year was a blast for us..."
We truly enjoyed our stay at the house this year. It was just right and stunning. We hardly had to buy anything, as the place was well-equipped. Everyone who came to take care of the home was super respectful and did an awesome job.

"Island Vacations Team is Amazing!"
The crew at Island Vacations is just fantastic! They’re quick, attentive, and incredibly friendly! We’ve had three stays with them this year, and we’ve got another one lined up for October. Our trip in July/August is a bit of a juggling act since family will be arriving and leaving at various times. The folks at Island Vacations were super accommodating! Can’t wait for our next trip in October!

"Consistently a great experience"
For years, we've pretty much always relied on Island Vacations for our numerous visits to Sanibel. I've never encountered any issues, and the staff is always kind, polite, professional, and super friendly.

"Awesome spot for a week getaway!"
This is an awesome spot for a week on the Gulf of Mexico. You get a nice view of the water and it's just a quick stroll to the beach. The place was tidy and had a bunch of stuff you wouldn't normally find in a rental. Can't wait to come back again!
